COVID-19 Update

Bluewater Health Foundation has been closely monitoring the progression of the COVID-19 pandemic and takes the safety and health of our employees, donors and volunteers very seriously. With that considered, under the advice of Canada’s public health authorities and to do our part in reducing the transmission of the virus, we’ve made the decision to close the Foundation office effective immediately and have staff work from home. A return to office date has yet to be determined.

We continue to be in close communication with the hospital to ensure that all appropriate protocols are being followed and as such have taken the following steps:

All meetings scheduled in the foreseeable future have been postponed, cancelled or are being conducted by phone.

Foundation events and initiatives held prior to May 1, 2020 are cancelled or postponed.

Information regarding upcoming special events and initiatives (including Dream Home Lottery) will be updated via the Foundation’s website (www.bwhf.ca) and social media channels as it becomes available. Donations can still be made online 24/7 at www.bwhf.ca/donate.
