Dream Home Lottery Tickets On Sale October 1

Tickets for the 24th Dream Home Lottery officially go on sale on October 1. This year’s home, located at 444 Lucas Ave. in the Rapids Parkway area in Sarnia, is valued at $717,004.63, includes furniture, electronics and appliances, and is the largest prize board in the history of the lottery.

“Whether you buy a ticket, attend or host an open house, or were involved in the building and planning process, we are so grateful to everyone involved with the Dream Home Lottery,” says Kathy Alexander, Executive Director, Bluewater Health Foundation. “It’s because of this incredible support that we are able this year to offer the largest prize board we’ve ever had, which includes a beautiful two-story VisitAble home.”

Funds raised from this year’s lottery will support the purchase of two new mammography machines for Bluewater Health.

This year’s home is built by Stelobrook Homes and furnished and decorated by Brush Strokes Interiors. In addition to the grand prize, two early bird prizes (all-inclusive vacation for two and diamond bracelet with $2,000 cash) and 62 cash prizes are up for grabs. The home is once again fully VisitAble.

The home officially opens to the public following a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, October 6, and open houses run every Saturday and Sunday from 1-4 p.m. until Sunday, February 24, 2019.

Tickets are $100 each and are available by phone or in person at multiple locations throughout the Sarnia-Lambton area.
