Emily Ager

When Emily Ager, 23, started feeling very sick, her tests came back compatible with lymphoma. After more tests, including CT scans, she was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

“Everyone was so kind to me at Bluewater Health. I was very anxious and very scared. I guess, deep down I thought the worst; that this was going to be cancer. But, I felt like I was at home,” said Ager. “I remember when I went in one of the CT scans; one of the nurses was rubbing my leg, telling me I was going to be ok.”

After seven months of chemotherapy, she is now a little over two years in remission. She graduated university, and is working on living a normal life again. Help us continue to help patients like Emily. Give now.
