Give a monetary

To support hospital equipment purchases or other purchases year round to a unit or program of your choosing, financial donations in any denomination can be made to Bluewater Health Foundation.
Hospital
Equipment
While government funding supports the operations and administration of hospitals, it is your donations that fund critical equipment purchases, replacements, and upgrades throughout Bluewater Health. This is equipment that helps perform everything from day-to-day tests, clinical treatments, surgeries, and critical, possibly lifesaving, diagnostic scans.

Patient Comfort
Fund
The Patient Comfort Fund helps to provide assistance to patients of all ages in need by providing everyday essentials, from grocery gift cards and bus tickets, to toiletries and beyond.
Current Needs
- Grocery gift cards (local stores)
- Toiletries (such as deodorant, incontinence products, shampoo, toothbrushes, etc.)
- Sarnia Transit bus tickets
- New clothing for newborns (0-3 months), such as sleepers, oneies, socks, etc.
- Diapers and baby wipes
Mental Health
Services
The Mental Health Inpatient program at Bluewater Health is a 27-bed unit that serves children, adolescents, and adults. Recreation Therapy is an integral part of the unit, assisting patients in achieving quality of life through meaningful participation in recreation and leisure activities with the overall goal of being able to self direct their lifestyle upon discharge. Due to a diverse need, supplies that promote creativity and self-expression and serve the patient’s well-being are greatly appreciated.

Receive a festive card to gift when making a
monetary donation of $25 or more.
Monetary donations of $25 or more (made in person, at the Foundation office) to any of the above categories will receive a festive card to gift indicating that a donation has been made. Can't make it in? No worries. Download your printable card now!
